Eight years ago, Elizabeth was introduced to yoga and has continued her practice since then. Her appreciation for Iyengar yoga has been a great support for her understanding of proper alignment and balance. She has incorporated an Ashtanga flow with her teachings. She recently returned to Denver after living seven months at the Shoshoni

Yoga Ashram learning about the roots of yoga through work-study. She received her 200 hour yoga certification in Hatha yoga and continues teaching yoga and Pranayama (breathing exercises) to encourage awareness and energy flow.

Yoga is highly beneficial to anyone doing it with an open heart. Physically, it strengthens the immune system, creates balance, increases blood flow, and moves energy within the body. It also helps bring attention to the breath and becomes a meditation.

To Whom It May Concern:

Elizabeth completed her 200-hour hatha yoga teacher training at Shoshoni Yoga Retreat in August 2006. She has a warm-hearted, down-to-earth presence, which brings sunshine into her yoga class. She has a professional style, which blends delightfully with her fun-loving nature. Her yoga students will feel relaxed and welcomed, nurtured and inspired by her classes. I recommend Elizabeth as a yoga teacher.

With my best wishes,
